1. Who we are

2. The license

Each license key can be activated on one website (domain) at a time. You may move a key to another domain; the previous domain is then deactivated.

3. Annual and Lifetime licenses

An Annual license is valid for one year from the purchase date and includes updates and support during that year. It does not renew automatically: we send renewal reminders by email. If it is not renewed, the plugin stops working on your site at the end of the year until it is renewed; your data is kept. A Lifetime license is paid once and does not expire.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in USD [and include / exclude VAT and taxes where applicable]. Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal account or debit/credit card). The license key is delivered by email after payment. We do not sell to [list of excluded countries].
