FAQ
Questions, answered
Will I be charged automatically every year?
No. Annual is paid once per year: before it ends we email you a renewal link, and you decide. Nothing is charged without you.
What happens if I don’t renew the Annual plan?
MidZoom stops on your site at the end of the year and shows a “Renew” button. Renew any time to unlock it instantly — your bookings and settings are all kept.
How do I receive my license key?
By email right after payment, with the download link. No account needed. Lost it? Open a ticket and we’ll send it again.
Can I switch from Annual to Lifetime?
Yes — open a ticket and we’ll help you switch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, or a debit / credit card processed securely by PayPal.
Do you offer refunds?
See our refund policy for the details.
